Thank You for visiting my site,Since 1998, I have committed myself to a lifestyle of proper fitness, nutrition and overall well being by studying various workout techniques. "I never got results so quickly as I have with the Kettlebell workout. I now incorporate my knowledge of Kettlebells into my personal training regimen for all my clients."I am a dual certified trainer, both as an NASM Personal Trainer and as an RKCII Kettlebell Trainer. I believe my extensive experience is heightened by an overall approach to fitness as a lifestyle. As a professional trainer, I want each of my clients to know that I am comitted to taking a personal approach to their individual fitness goals, and will always tailor each workout to their specific needs. In addition, I am now practicing Thai Yoga Stretch. Dini lives in Ventura, California with her husband Fabio Leopoldo. Fabio is a Ryan Gracie Black Belt and he operates two Gracie Morumbi Academies. Both Dini and Fabio are natives of São Paulo, Brazil.Born in San Paulo Brazil, Dini’s desire for a career in fitness and sports began early in her life. Her outgoing personality, attention to detail, expertise and experience make her the perfect choice for Gracie Morumbi’s official Kettlebell instructor. As an RKCII Certified Kettlebell Instructor and Certified NASM Personal Trainer, Dini has the knowledge and skills to change lives here in Thousand Oaks through the use of kettlebells and fitness guidance. The Kettlebell workout is designed to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance. These aspects of fitness are improved during the workouts while challenging the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic total body movements. Recently, Dini received her bluebelt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and she is working towards her goal of incorporating her Jiu jitsu into her kettlebell classes. She also uses her experience with Thai Yoga Stretch during her workout program. Utilizing functional training and dynamic workouts through experience in this art, Dini can focus on a students’ weight loss, body toning, strength, as well as improvement in general and overal health. Dini Leopoldo’s motto is, “to empower individuals to live a healthy life”.

"The Russian Weightlifting Yearbook has stated,It is hard to find a sport that has as deep roots in the history of our people as Kettlebell lifting."The Kettlebell is a traditional Russian weight that has been used for centuries. First appearing in a Russian dictionary in 1704, the history is rich and long. Physical strength has been revered in Russia since ancient times, it has always been an honor to be considered The Strongest Man or Bogatir. These strength contests were often held in small towns and villages as part of the social gathering. The men would demonstrate their abilities with the Kettlebells showcasing their strength, endurance, agility and balance.After the Second World War, weight lifting became popular throughout Russia and other countries – at this time there was even more increased interest in Kettlebells. However, it was not until the 1970s that the sport of Kettlebell became part of the United All State Sport Association of USSR. Still, there were no official rules or standards. Ultimately in 1985, the Committee of Kettlebell Sport was organized. Later in that year, the First National Championship of USSR was held and the official sport of Kettlebell was born.It was in 2000 that Kettlebells were introduced to the United States. Shortly thereafter in 2002, Kettlebells were called the “Hot Weight of the Year” by Rolling Stone and mainstream attention began.

Dini uses a system of training that allows each client to train in the environment where they are most comfortable. Whether in your home, at the beach or in a studio, Dinis knowledge of personal fitness and her style of training can help you to achieve your fitness goals.
